The apartment on the ground floor of a private dwelling house has a separate entry and about 55 square meters of floor space.
In front of the entry there is a closed inner yard which is partly roofed. There is also a pergola which is overgrown with an old grapevine, as well as a table and chairs.
The washing machine is in a separate small building by the inner yard, and there is also a guests' WC and a shower.

The master bedroom has access to the rear terrace with another pergola which is overgrown with a grapevine as well, and to the garden.
There are garden chairs for sunbathing, a barbecue, orange trees and lemon tress, and several kinds of vegetable. Harvesting is expressively permitted.
Both the inner yard and the terrace have internet access (ADSL WiFi).
